Hello everybody, welcome to the Bloodline Shifters podcast, where cycles are broken, curses are canceled and destiny is unlocked. My name is Coach Shanika and if you've been called to shift the patterns in your family line, you are in the right place. With every episode, we are going to dive into prophetic revelation, healing strategies and faith-filled encouragement to help you step boldly into the freedom God has for you. Do you hear me? So get ready, get ready, get ready, get ready, because the shift begins now. Family, I need you to hear this. What you thought was just life, it's actually an assignment, a hidden assignment. The enemy has been moving undercover in your bloodline, shaping patterns, planting curses and disguising bondage as normal Generational curses, generational struggles, repeated failures, sicknesses and losses. None of these things are just coincidences. But today, by the spirit of the living God, those assignments are being exposed. God is revealing the truth so you can break free and step fully into your destiny. I want you to take a moment right now and take a deep breath. I want you to let this truth sink into your spirit. You were never meant to carry what others carried. You were never meant to live under the weight of hidden curses, but instead you were born to break them. Repeat this quietly in your spirit I am free, I am chosen, my destiny is unlocked in Jesus name. Let's go a little bit deeper.

Many of you have been wrestling with things that didn't start with you Generational cycles that stretched back decades, patterns that were passed down to you, sometimes silently, sometimes boldly, sometimes through unspoken family rules and trauma or behaviors. Right Family, the enemy hides behind DNA. He hides behind culture. He hides behind tradition and family expectations. But it was never really about your DNA. It was about the pattern. In Exodus, chapter 20, verse five, it says I, the Lord, your God, am a jealous God visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children, to the third and fourth generation of those who hate me. Pause and think about that. Let that sink in. That doesn't mean you're doomed because of what your ancestors did. It doesn't mean God's favor has skipped you, but it means that if nobody in your family stands up to break the cycle, well then the pattern just keeps flowing.

Okay, so many of you are thinking why do I keep attracting the same toxic relationships? Why does poverty cling to my family like a shadow? Why does anxiety and depression seem to pass down and depression seem to pass down? Why is addiction so difficult to break? The answer to this is what you thought was life, what you thought was normal, was actually a spiritual assignment. Does that make sense? And family recognizing? It is not condemnation, no, it's not. It's revelation. Not condemnation, no, it's not. It's revelation. The moment you see it. You can confront it, you can interrupt it, you can dismantle it. Okay, think about it like this Every generation carries stories of triumph and tragedy, but only those who recognize the pattern are empowered to rewrite the story.

You are the generation that will rewrite it. My God, here's the truth. The enemy loves to disguise dysfunction as normal. He whispers everybody in your family struggles with this. Everybody in your family struggles with that. That's just how it is. That's just who you are. You're cursed, you can't escape this cycle, et cetera.

Right, but let me tell you something family, that is a lie. That is a bona fide lie, straight from the pit of hell. If we go to John, chapter eight, verse 44, it reminds us that Satan is the father of lies and if he can convince you that dysfunction equals identity, then that's how he keeps you trapped. That's how he keeps you stuck. That's how he keeps you in bondage. But the spirit of the Lord says today, no more. Today is the day that your eyes are being opened. Today is the day you call it for what it really is A hidden assignment designed to keep you bound.

I want you to repeat this declaration with me, brother. I want you to repeat this declaration with me, sister. Say I refuse to accept lies as my identity. Say I reject the enemy's narrative over my family line. Say I am free, I am chosen and I walk in truth and freedom.

And here's something important this declaration is not just spiritual fluff. It sets the atmosphere, it begins the process of spiritual disruption. Why? Because the Bible says that our words have power. Listen to speak life or death into a situation. Do you hear me? Now let's get real.

Some of you are fighting battles you didn't even ask for right. You were born into a war From the very moment you took your first breath. You entered a family line that had already had contracts in the spirit realm and all kinds of demonic stuff. And the enemy said I have a legal right to torment them, you, to hinder you and to hold you back because of these contracts that were made previous to you and your family. But listen, here's the gospel truth.

The blood of Jesus cancels every demonic contract. How do I know that? Because I read it in the word of God, in Colossians, chapter 2, verses 14 through 15. It declares that Jesus wiped out the handwriting of requirements that was against us, which was contrary to us, and he has taken it out of the way, having nailed it to the cross, having disarmed principalities and powers, and he made a public spectacle of them triumphing over them. Think about it Every ancestral burden that whispered you will fail in your ears, in your sleep, in your dreams, in your visions. You are not enough. This is your portion. And all these lies. They lose their power the moment you stand under the blood of Jesus. Does that make sense? Now?

Some battles are subtle and silent. You might not even realize you've been fighting them. Stress that comes out of nowhere, relationships that keep repeating the same toxic cycle, financial setbacks that feel cursed. God wants you to know that you are not powerless. You were born for victory, not defeat. So somebody says well, coach, shanika, how do I know if it's a generational assignment or just a coincidence? This is my answer to you, based off of my own experience and with other brothers and sisters that are dealing with this right.

Look for patterns because patterns do not lie. Let me say that again Look for patterns, because patterns do not lie. So let me give you some examples Marriages that never last in your family that's a bloodline pattern. Addiction, repeating generation after generation that's a bloodline pattern. Sudden deaths, premature deaths, mysterious illnesses those are bloodline patterns. Poverty and lack that seem unavoidable that's a bloodline pattern. And one more silence, secrecy and shame that keeps families stuck that is also a bloodline pattern.

Now, not all patterns are obvious. Some are disguised as good things gone wrong. What does that look like? It can look like you overworking, leading to burnout, or pride being disguised as independence or self-reliance, or silence, covering abuse instead of healing it. Family, if you have ever thought, it's just how my family is, the Lord sent me here. This is what this whole podcast is all about is bringing freedom, setting you free in speaking the truth and shaming the devil in his lies. God is saying no, it's not how it has to be. Okay when your family says this is just how the family is. No, that is not how it has to be, because you were called to break this pattern. Ask yourself if your great grandparents could see your life today. Would they be proud or trapped in shame? God wants you to rewrite the story for your children and your grandchildren.

There's a warning here for this message. God said to me Shanika, tell my people that what was hidden will not remain hidden much longer. The Lord is saying to you, he is pulling back the veil. He's revealing where the enemy has been operating in stealth mode. You are the bloodline breaker. You are the one raised in this generation to confront what your parents and your grandparents could not do, and this is why the warfare against you has been so intense. That's why the road feels hard. It's because you are the disruptor of the patterns in the family.

Isaiah, chapter 61, verse 1. It says the spirit of the Lord, god is upon me because the Lord has anointed me to. Isaiah, chapter 61, verse 1. To proclaim liberty to the captives and the opening of the prison to those who are bound. That, my brothers and sisters, is the anointing that is on your life. That anointing is for your family line. That anointing is your generational blessing.

My God, the enemy's goal has always been to keep you ignorant. The enemy's goal has always been to keep you ignorant. It says it in Hosea, chapter four, verse six, my people are destroyed for lack of knowledge. So if the enemy can keep you blind to the generational war, he can keep you bound. But the truth is, once you see the pattern and many of you are starting to see it, I know it, I feel it, I perceive it Once you name the assignment, you can confront it with the authority of Jesus Christ.

I want you to say this with me I see the pattern, I know the assignment of the enemy over my life and I will not receive it. I renounce it and denounce it in the name of Jesus and I take authority of my life in Jesus name. Family, you are not powerless, jesus said in the word. I believe it's Luke, chapter 10. Behold, I give you the authority to trample on serpents and scorpions and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall by any means hurt you. This means, brothers and sisters, that you don't have to accept your family story, you don't have to repeat brokenness, you don't have to pass down bondage to your children, but you can stand in God given authority and declare say it with me, brothers and sisters, it ends with me, it ends with me. So let me give you a couple practical steps to break free, something that you can implement in your life immediately.

Okay, identify the pattern. We talked about that earlier. How do we do that? Ask the Holy Spirit to reveal repeating patterns in your bloodline, write it down and name it. That's how you identify the pattern. Another one renounce the assignment. We just said that too. How do you renounce the assignment you declare in the name of Jesus. I renounce every generational curse of whatever it is, and it will not continue in my life or my children's life, in Jesus name. And then one more apply the blood of Jesus. Plead the blood of Jesus over your family.

Revelation, chapter 12, verse 11, reminds us that they overcame him by the blood of the lamb and by the word of their testimony. Here's another one Close the door. What does this mean? Repent, turn from sin or occult involvement and close open doors to your life. And one last one by the spirit of God, replace with blessings. Speak life over your family. Even though things are present, you can see them in the earthly realm, that does not mean that that is what it is. You replace what you see with blessing, meaning speak life over yourself, speak life over your family. Okay, proverbs, chapter 18, verse 21, says death and life we just talked about this are in the power of the tongue. Do you hear me?

God's promise in Jeremiah, chapter 29,. Verse 11 says for I know the thoughts that I think towards you says the Lord Thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope. My God, this is so beautiful from the Lord. But the enemy wanted you to think otherwise. He wanted you to think that your future was limited by your past. But what does the Lord say? God says your destiny is not tied by your past. But what does the Lord say? God says your destiny is not tied to your history, but your destiny is tied to my promise, the promise of God. And so, brothers and sisters, today I declare with you, I stand with you, that every hidden assignment is exposed, every generational curse is broken, every demonic contract is canceled and you will walk in freedom, you will walk in deliverance and purpose. You are the curse breaker, my God. You are the bloodline shifter. And it ends with you, says the spirit of the Lord Family.
